The Tabou rocket is a freeride board that you can use in many circumstances. The Tabou rocket has an enormous wind range, which means you can get on plane quickly. And the balanced shape makes jibes almost effortless, ensuring you maintain speed and accelerate with ease. The board offers several amounts of liters, making it a great board for both the novice windsurfer and the advanced windsurfer. The volume starts at 145 L and goes down to 125 L, for more stability you better go for a slightly higher amount of liters and if you want more performance you better go for a lower amount of liters.
The Tabou rocket LTD board in combination with the Gaastra Hybrid sail is a very good combination. The Gaastra Hybrid sail is especially for freeride windsurfing and can also be used for wave windsurfing. The sail has 4 slats and the X-ply window provides extra strength and durability. You can combine the sail in different sizes. It goes without saying that with a larger sail you generally go faster. You do have to look carefully at what you can handle and in what weather conditions you are often on the water. Because it is a shame if you choose a sail that is too large and the sail always remains in the shed.
