We carefully prepare your water sports equipment within 1-2 business days before dispatch. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your gear is on its way.
What about international customs and duties?
While we handle all shipping costs, customers may be responsible for any import duties or taxes in their location. These vary by country and are beyond our control.
I’m going on a kitesurfing holiday – when should I order?
For trips, we recommend ordering at least 3-4 weeks in advance to allow for shipping and pre-trip gear checks. For urgent needs, choose our Standard Shipping option.
Returns & Warranty
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached. Contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return.
What if my gear arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if damage occurs, please contact us immediately with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Do you offer product warranties?
